Daytime postpartum support can include a combination of whatever you need to be supported and held in your postpartum season! Each day is different and flexible according to YOUR needs. My passion is to come alongside you as you’re resting and healing in a non judgmental, caring, friendly, at peace way. Some common doula tasks can include cooking/meal prep, laundry, support to be able to nap and shower while I’m there, baby care, breastfeeding support, light cleaning, organizing, birth story sharing and processing, and more. Can book up to 4 days a week, 4 hours per day Monday-Saturday for 4-100 hours at a time. Can be combined with Nourishment Packages for a discount.

Meals and snacks made and delivered for the postpartum mother (and sometimes family!) Easy to digest, full of whole food ingredients, fully cooked with reheating instructions.

I favor whole food, animal protein focused meals that are slow cooked, roasted, or smoked. I pair meals with my fresh baked sourdough and dessert. I can customize with whatever your dietary needs are!

Beef Pot Roast with all the trimmings, roasted veg & potatoes, fruit salad, fresh sourdough.

You choose 2 meats (smoked chicken, beef carne asada, pork chili verde) with bone broth rice, beans, handmade sourdough tortillas, homemade salsa, chips.

Dessert: scratch made brownies or chocolate chip cookies.

A basket or caddy at your bedside and near your toilet with all the things you & baby will need as you’re resting in bed… think hydration, after pains, treats for mama, diapering needs, cord care, All. The. Pads. Herbs, essential oils, whatever you can think of, or haven’t even thought of yet.
